Assistant to Head of HR Europe IBM Client Innovation Centers

Location: Vienna / Salary: 804€ - 1.004€ per month (20 to 25 working hours) / Hiring Manager: Britta Heissenberger

 

About the Role

An opportunity has arisen to become part of the growing IBM Client Innovation Centres (CICs) HR team. CICs are are an innovative, energetic and dynamic organisation of more than 2500 young professionals and we plan to grow substantially in 2018 and beyond. This is why we are looking for a student to join our team supporting the CIC Head of HR Europe.

This interesting role will offer you

the opportunity to gain deep insight into every aspect of HR management and strategy design. Entering the new era of Cognitive HR your main focus will be on HR analytics, reporting and strategy implementation. You will work with nine different European countries, prepare presentations and panel discussions and manage special project i.e. in the area of talent management. You will have the opportunity to undertake a multitude of training courses, acquire substantial HR expertise, gain valuable experience and build a network within a globally renowned company.

Technical Skills

This is an ideal role for someone who has: a major or strong interest in HR analytical skills, attention to detail and shows systemic thinking excellent Microsoft Office Skills excellent

Communication skills

fluent in English and preferably German a high degree of autonomy and willingness to take ownership demonstrated they are strong team player; able to work with a high degree of organisation and accuracy to meet operational needs.
